This design pays tribute to Poncho’s Authentic Mexican Restaurant, longtime home of the legendary puffy taco and a local favorite for generations. Inspired by the spirit and flavor that made Poncho’s a staple in town, this design was re-created by hand to bring back the memories of great food, familiar faces, and nights out close to home.
